marriage: week seven

Things I learned in our seventh week of marriage:
 -There are not enough hours in the day (or week, or month).

Week Seven Challenge: begin work on the armoire

When we bought The Burrow this past summer, we also bought quite a bit of furniture from the previous owners.  One of those pieces is this armoire:

I think it's super cool and looks like maybe it comes to life when we're not home and chats with the candlestick, clock, and teapot.  However, it doesn't go very well with our other furniture and decorations.  Our plan is to paint it white and distress it and add it to our bedroom. To "begin" the work this week (because the challenge was only to begin work), Luke removed the hardware! Making progress!
